How does the church get into tomorrow? Is there a common place for the generations to meet for a discussion of the journey? Are there things that are not part of our mission? These are my questions…and maybe yours. I believe the experience of God’s people in exile has something helpful to say to us. Let’s go back to the future together and look at Isaiah 40-55 in light of today.
