In order to have a healthy hair you must first have a healthy scalp. This begins with eating balanced meals, a regular routine of exercise, and 7-8 hrs sleep. Why you may ask, because hair and the scalp that is connected and need blood to circulate, if you do not move sufficiently let alone exercise like all your organs, your hair will fall and the new hair that will come out will come out from a even smaller root each time, as a result you will have thinner and thinner hair.
