In order to have a healthy hair you must first have a healthy scalp. This begins with eating balanced meals, a regular routine of exercise, and 7-8 hrs sleep. Why you may ask, because hair and the scalp that is connected and need blood to circulate, if you do not move sufficiently let alone exercise like all your organs, your hair will fall and the new hair that will come out will come out from a even smaller root each time, as a result you will have thinner and thinner hair. Exception to that some old people have very good genes pool so they get to keep their hair. Are you one of those people? Read no more congratulations but for the rest of us. We need to circulate the blood to that are by exercising, massaging the skull, eating the right food and perhaps some extra stuff for our hair, most overweight people have good hair because they've got nutrition.
Finally yet important thing is to care for our hair so we can keep more of it as sands of time takes away little by little.
