The point of my 7 day detox diet is to get rid of all the rubbish in my diet after going off the rails on my diet and weight loss plan over Christmas.
I am what you would call a feaster - the medical term used to describe someone that eats healthy the majority of the time and then at special events binges like it is their last ever supper!
Well I certainly did that over Christmas 2014 and this is me getting healthy again in the new year. I got rid of anything bad in my diet. This included my favourite milk chocolate, fizzy drinks, processed foods and concentrated on fat burning foods that not only help you lose weight, but help you get healthy at the same time.
This also resulted in a 4.5 pound (2.1 kilo) weight loss and if done for 30 days (instead of just a week) you could easily lose 14-21 pounds in a month.
