Thrilling adventure set alongside the Thames and the Tower of London in Tudor times. More than a year has passed since Moss was released from the clutches of the Riverwitch. Now her father has swapped his bloody axe for a blacksmith's forge and they have moved away from London, taking Salter with them. But strange things are happening on the river…
Each week since its inception, The Mental Health Gym has included a mental fitness exercise to help gym members move in the direction of achievement, happiness, and well being. Psychologist Dr. Ron Kaiser, The Mental Health Gym’s founder has now organized a year’s work of mental fitness exercises into The Mental Health Gym Playbook, an interactive guide book designed to lead to improved mental health in a systematic and proactive manner.
While not every exercise will apply to every reader, and most readers will undoubtedly be doing some of the exercises already, the typical reader will be able to selectively apply several of the suggested exercises to enhance mental health, enjoyment of life, and interactions with others.
The Mental Health Gym Playbook provides a practical application of principles articulated in Dr. Kaiser’s previous e-book, What Can Go Right? The Thinking Person’s Guide to Making Good Things Happen.
