Nutritional Healing: Special Nutrition with the DASH Diet The Nutritional Healing book is about two distinctive diet plans, the "Dieting Cookbook" which highlights low fat, low carbohydrate, muscle building, weight loss, raw diet, Paleolithic diet, and vegetarian, vegan recipes.
