Most sales people are not born into sales. We start our careers as Engineers or School Teachers, Business Graduates or (as in my case) in the Hotel Industry. Most parents do not encourage their children to be sales people rather choosing one of the professions or following in the family business. Because of this most sales people are not trained to be sales people and most people outside of sales think that selling is easy.
