The Legend of Herakles, Volume Two

Herakles was the most famous son of Zeus and a warrior without peer, but even his superhuman strength and agility could not keep him from becoming a pawn in the spiteful games played by the Gods. If he completes the ten tasks set by Hera, then immortality would be his. Volume Two includes episodes six through to ten of the series, and follows Herakles's exploits through several of his tasks. He must clean the stables of Augeias, drive away a plague of flesh eating birds from Lake Stymphalia, bring back a monstrous bull from Crete, capture the flesh eating horses of the giant Diomedes, and retrieve the golden girdle of Queen Hippolyte of the Amazons.
