Upon His Throne, Beneath The City is a story of loyalty, desperation and the never-ending hope of man named Hal who is searching for Meredith, his missing wife. Her disappearance is part of a larger string of disappearances in The City, and Hal finds himself all alone in his search for her. Using his connections as a beat reporter, Hal eventually gets word that the mayor of The City was behind her disappearance, and so he begins to investigate him. What he finds in his search is something entirely unexpected. Written in noir style, this story is a dark and exciting tale of mystery and horror.
