Consolidation phase – This stage intends to prevent enormous weight increase in the future. In this stage, the dieter is allowed to take starchy foods, bread, fruits and cheese. There will be a bonus of 2 desired meals a week.
Stabilization stage – During this stage, the dieters are allowed to eat anything they want without the fear of gaining weight again. The dieters should just follow some rules like eating oat bran daily, having a one-day protein diet and taking a flight of steps.
