Atalantis Major


The author created an imaginary country called Atlantis to tell some truths about his own. The Atlantis was an image of the Great Britain at that time. In this book the author described the problems of the governmental policy, the problems of its structure and some other aspects. The scholarly introduction did an excellent job of placing this book in its historical context, providing a 'key' to its obfuscations, and demonstrating authorship of Defoe.
