When their car hits a deer on a dark country road, Annie and her husband Robert, are unaware that this is only the beginning of their nightmare. Their car breaks down as they reach a small village and unknown to them it was the wrong night to become stranded, as it was the night of the Black Moon. They manage to find a room for the night and the mystery begins. The villagers are strange and unfriendly and when her husband goes missing, Annie is frantic and doesn’t know where to turn for help or who to trust. When he eventually returns, she notices that he is acting strangely and soon finds herself trapped in a life that she never expected nor wanted.
