The Great Assumption

When Roy Holye, pastor of a small community church, finds that his entire congregation has left him, he thinks he has fallen under divine judgment. He then discovers that many people are missing and no one knows what happened. Of all the possibilities, Roy is convinced that it wasn’t the Rapture. His church was founded by the brilliant Julius Mann and bases all of its teachings and practices on his writings, and he did not believe in modern interpretations of ancient prophecy.
