This is not a historical account of the development of Protestantism. Like all of my religious books, it is an exercise in logic. If you can't trust the scriptures which tell us there is a True Church and a True Faith, what can you trust about Christianity? But if you can trust these scriptures, then what is True Faith and what is the True Church? Protestantism can only make sense provided the Christian scriptures are trustworthy and provided neither the Church of Rome nor Eastern Orthodoxy is the True Church, i.e., the Church which Christ founded on a rock - Matthew 16. 13-19.
