Port City is a tale about four young females from Charleston, South Carolina, who unfortunately make the choice to engage in shoplifting. As time passes, they become as close as biological sisters and also the link between various hustlers throughout the City. One huster in particular, Alonzo 'Zo' Simmons, who happens to be the older brother of one of the girls, ends up detecting the love, loyalty and bond, in which the four girls have for one another and decides that they would undoubtedly be assets to what he's doing in the streets!
